For my wife Shannon’s Christmas present this year, I enlisted the help of two of our favourite artist pals to help me fill a three-slot frame matte with some drawings of her favourite characters.
I have to say, once I saw Tyson Hesse and Steve Lecouilliard’s awesome contributions, I felt a little presumptuous for even thinking I’d be able to maintain that kind of quality for my third! But I did my best. And I think the finished project looks pretty sharp! (Agreeing on the duochromatic colour schemes from the beginning really helped.)
